Austin Pillado is the Associate Head Swim Coach at the University of Pittsburgh and one of the emerging leaders in collegiate swimming. Throughout his coaching career, he has helped develop Olympians, NCAA champions, All-Americans, conference champions, and national record holders across multiple elite programs, including Texas A&M, Arizona State, Penn State, Washington State, and Pittsburgh. Passionate about developing people as much as performance, Austin is recognized for his athlete-first approach to leadership, culture, and long-term success.
